Privacy & data protection

VONIQ is still in active build mode. This page explains our current data posture in plain language so teams know what is collected, why it is used, and where to request changes or deletion.

• Who controls data. We will publish the legal entity and support contact used for privacy and security requests.
• Why data is processed. Core processing is for account access, shipment workflow execution, and service reliability.
• Retention windows. Account, shipment, and document records are retained only as long as required for operations and legal obligations.
• Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, and export from Settings → Data controls or support.
• Vendors and transfers. We will maintain a subprocessor list and transfer safeguards before full production launch.

This is a working transparency page, not final legal policy text. We will replace it with counsel-reviewed terms before public launch.
